We retained Nigel at the end of 2014 as part of our search for a family home in Hampshire (we had just lost out on a house, trying to go it alone).

It took us a year to find and transact on the right property, and Nigel was an outstanding partner throughout. Most importantly he 'gets it' - he understood quickly what we were looking for, set very realistic expectations, and was highly committed to the search throughout. He has an excellent relationship with local agents and we always had an early view on anything coming to market.

He was bold about taking us to see the house we ended up buying. It was not immediately obvious that it was the right property but he helped us to understand the potential and the loveliness of the village Nigel was superb through the negotiations - always cool and wise.

I am not confident that the deal would have worked without his input.

Along with his many skills in transacting properties, Nigel is a very nice man, someone you want to spend time with through the stresses and strains of the process.
